At Wholesome Goods, people come first. And as our Regional HR Director, Ryan, likes to say, everyone’s invited to come as they are.

Whether you’re a longtime customer, a new face on our team, or just discovering us for the first time, our hope is simple: that you feel at home here. We’re all different, and that’s something we celebrate.

What brings us together isn’t “sameness,” but a shared desire to live well, do good, and care about the world around us. It’s the small, everyday differences—how we think, live, and connect—that make our world more interesting and our conversations more meaningful.

That’s why we take pride in creating an environment where people are treated with care, where respect is a baseline, and where there’s a seat for you at the table.

What Inclusion Looks Like at Wholesome Goods

Diversity and inclusion are way more than buzzwords—they’re guiding principles. They shape how we work, think, and show up. Not because we have to, but because it’s simply the right thing to do.

This mindset carries through everything we do; not only at our HQ, but even with the way we design our brands and products with different needs in mind, and how we listen to feedback from customers with a wide range of perspectives. We pay attention to what makes people feel considered, and just as importantly, what can unintentionally leave someone out.

That awareness helps shape the choices we make every day, both inside our walls and beyond them.

How We Put This Into Practice

Inclusion isn’t a box we check. It’s something we weave into the everyday.

It’s in how we show up for one another as a team: with respect, openness, and the understanding that we all bring something unique to the table. From the way we collaborate to how we grow our teams, we aim to create an environment where people feel supported and encouraged.

We’re a place where work and culture truly meet. We create space and set aside intentional time to laugh and bond, share ideas, check in, and cheer each other on. Between our Friday Happy Hours, team bonding exercises, and celebratory events, these moments help us stay connected, collaborative, and energized—helping us shape what we proudly call a truly “Wholesome Culture.”

To support that culture even further, we provide ongoing training for our team around inclusion, communication, and awareness. It helps us pause, reflect, and keep growing together.

But we don’t stop there. It’s also reflected in how we serve our customers and represent our brands. We think carefully about the language we use, the messages we send, the range of lifestyles our products support, and the overall experience people have with us.

It’s all about staying thoughtful in the details and being consistent in our care.

Products & Brands That Reflect Thoughtfulness

Just like the people we serve, our products aren’t one-size-fits-all either. Across every brand under the Wholesome Goods umbrella, we take care to design offerings that consider the real needs of real people.

From wellness essentials and daily supplements to home comfort items and pet care solutions, we keep accessibility and versatility at the heart of what we create. That might mean using plant-based ingredients, steering clear of common allergens, offering different formats and sizes, or simply making sure our products are easy to use and understand.

Even the small details—like packaging that’s simple to navigate, instructions that don’t assume too much, or language that feels approachable—are part of how we aim to be more thoughtful and inclusive.

At its core, the products we make are just another way we say: you’re welcome here.

We Invite You To Come as You Are

As we look ahead, we’ll keep asking ourselves the important questions. Are we being thoughtful in how we create? Are we making space for more people to feel welcome? Are we staying true to what matters?

There’s no single checklist for getting it all right. But with every product, every conversation, and every choice, we’ll keep doing our best to lead with care.

Because in the end, people matter.

From our products to our people, from our customers to our culture, we want Wholesome Goods to be a place where everyone feels respected, valued, and welcome to pull up a seat at our table. No need to fit a mold. No need to check a box. Just simply: Come as you are.
