Expanding Our Reach
We’re thrilled to share that Cosy House and PupGrade are now available in Germany, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands! This marks a major step in our global growth strategy, and we’re excited to welcome even more customers into the Wholesome family.
Closer to home, PupGrade significantly expanded its presence in Walmart stores across the U.S.. Starting July 2025, nearly 2,000 stores (1,951 to be exact!) will carry Digestive Support and either Skin & Coat or Calming Support—a testament to growing customer demand and brand trust. To celebrate, we threw a PupGrade x Walmart Launch Paw-ty, welcoming employees, partners, and community members—including Chris Buchanan, Walmart’s Director of Public Affairs and State & Local Government Relations! We raised $175 in donations from generous attendees, which we matched, for a total of $350 that will help pets in need. You can read the full recap here.
PupGrade also went live on TractorSupply.com, introducing our science-backed pet supplements to an even broader base of passionate pet parents.

This quarter may have been light in quantity, but not in quality! We rolled out a few standout new products across our brands—each one built to support comfort and wellbeing at every level.

It was a big quarter for milestones!
- 💰 Theonia’s total gross revenue surpassed $1,000,000, marking a huge achievement for the brand.
- 🧴 PupGrade Shampoo & Conditioner surged in popularity, with reorders already underway to keep up with demand.
🛠️ Tech, Tools & Optimization
This quarter, we embraced AI and automation to enhance our operations. All employees completed AI training focused on improving prompt engineering skills. This training helped all departments use AI tools more effectively in daily workflows, unlocking new levels of productivity, efficiency, and creativity.
In addition, Santiago’s been helping us deepen our AI capabilities and develop smarter, optimized processes across the board.
Another exciting milestone: we’re in the finishing stages of testing self-service returns for select brands—a customer experience upgrade that will soon be rolled out company-wide!
Plus, CRO Manager Devin wasted no time making waves, leading site optimizations, A/B testing, and redesign efforts to elevate our brands’ online shopping experience.
Pods, PR, & Content Innovation
Our Tri-Pod model—pairing one content writer with two ad designers per quarter—was officially introduced and is already driving stronger creative collaboration and sharper ad content.
In tandem, Pods took over PR and social, injecting fresh energy into brand storytelling and community engagement. A stronger, unified voice is emerging across all channels—and the results are showing!
We also launched our first-ever YouTube ads for PupGrade, tapping into new audiences with fun, educational content about our supplements and their benefits.
Social & Marketing Momentum
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to ramp up social media for PupGrade, Pattern Wellness, Cosy House, and Wholesome Goods, and it’s paying off in engagement and community connection.
Marketing and creative teams have also been heads down creating new assets, stories, and strategies to align with our expanded product lines and retail channels.
