Welcome to our Meet the Team series—a behind-the-scenes look at the humans who make Wholesome Goods what it is. Each post will spotlight the teams who shape what we make, how we sound, and how we show up for our customers.

First up? The people who touch every word you read. They shape our voice, keep us honest, triple-check every fact, and probably had a hand in the sentence you’re reading right now… (hi!)

Let’s dive in!

Behind the Voice: Meet the Research & Content Team

Where science meets the TL;DR you can trust.

In one of the quietest corners of the office—affectionately known as The Cave—sits a team that rarely raises its voice, but always has something to say.

This is the Research & Content team: four people, dozens of tabs open, and a shared commitment to making every word earn its place.

We fact-check and translate dense product research into plain English, define brand voice across all our brands, and craft everything from product pages to blogs to those friendly little subject lines in your inbox.

We’re equal parts research and storytelling—digging into product science and strategy, and shaping content that’s clear, accurate, and actually resonates (no generic buzzwords needed).

Together, they set the tone—literally.

The Real People Behind Wholesome Words

Behind every Wholesome word is a team making wellness clear, honest, and refreshingly human.

Forever Discord Status: I’m new.

Chris is a key part of Wholesome’s marketing magic and research, leading us to new heights with creativity, strategy, and an uncanny ability to make data exciting(?).

From shaping brand direction to making sure every campaign hits the right note, Chris blends big-picture thinking with sharp execution, just enough wit to keep things light, and with a Coke Zero in hand.

Forever Discord Status: Be kind, I’ve been negotiating with a toddler since 6 AM.

Samantha leads the team that keeps our words sharp and our facts sharper. She’s the bridge between science and storytelling—researching products, shaping strategy, and ensuring every message is not just on-brand, but backed by something real.

Consider her the go-to for all things compliance, content, and “how do we say this right”—and when she’s deep in research or translation mode, consider her in DND mode (but feel free to bring coffee).

Forever Discord Status: Editing. Plotting. Snacking.🦕

Marge is the team’s senior word wizard—equal parts editor, educator, and voice protector. She shapes sentence flow, catches inconsistencies before they ever see daylight, and helps guide our next generation of writers (hi, Rachel).

Marge brings consistency, creativity, and clever headlines to the table (and will absolutely edit her own sentence three times before she sends it).

Our Process: Turning Research Into Stories

The Research & Content team may be small, but the impact is big. Our goal is to make it clear, make it real, and make it matter.

We help shape how Wholesome Goods communicates—across every brand, product, and platform—balancing speed with thoughtfulness and creativity with accuracy.

Whether we’re launching something new or refining something old, the process is rooted in curiosity, clarity, and care.

Everyone brings something different: big-picture thinking, deep research, sharp editing, or the ability to translate the highly technical into the actually readable.

And while we all have our own strengths, the secret sauce is how it comes together—with trust, humor, and a collective commitment to getting it right.

Because behind every message is a person, and we never lose sight of that.

Made for YOU, Not for Marketing

You shouldn’t need a science degree to understand what you’re buying or a dictionary to read a product label. Whether you’re browsing, researching, or just looking for answers, we believe information should feel like a service, not a barrier.

Too often, wellness brands overcomplicate or oversell. We don’t. Every word you read—from product benefits to blog posts to health disclaimers—is crafted with you in mind. Not just to sound good, but to be genuinely helpful.

We also take your feedback seriously. Your questions and experiences shape what we research, how we write, and even how we improve our products.

So if you’ve ever felt like Wholesome Goods just gets you, it’s because we do, and this team spends hours ensuring we do.

Because you deserve transparency without complexity. Honesty without overwhelm. And brands that speak to you—not at you.
